We offer standard shipping across Europe within 3-5 business days. Shipping is free on all orders over €50, while a flat rate of €4.95 applies to smaller orders.
What is your return policy for home decor?
You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-made furniture or personalized items are non-refundable.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna for flexible financing options.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Are your products sustainably sourced?
At Minizooberlin, we prioritize eco-friendly materials. Many of our home textiles are OEKO-TEX certified, and our wood products are sourced from FSC-certified forests.
Do you offer assembly services for furniture?
Currently, we do not offer in-home assembly. However, all our furniture pieces come with detailed, easy-to-follow instructions and all necessary hardware.
